Cancellation and Refund Policy Individual Session - Full refund: ≥48 hours before session - No refund: <48 hours Group Class/Workshop - Full refund: ≥7 days before class - No refund: <7 days Retreat/Multi-day Event - Full refund: ≥30 days before event - No refund: <30 days Rescheduling: Permitted with the same notice as cancellations. Emergency exceptions may be considered at our discretion. Process: All cancellations/rescheduling must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 30 days. No-shows: Non-refundable.
