1. Service Description and Scope

 

Return to Om provides Primordial Sound Meditation instruction and related wellness services, including individual and group sessions, workshops, and educational content. These services are for general educational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. General Health Disclaimer

 

• Informational Purpose: All services and content are for educational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.  

• Health Considerations: Meditation is generally safe for most individuals. However, if you have any pre-existing physical or mental health conditions, it is your responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before participating in meditation sessions.  

• Contraindications: Meditation is not recommended for individuals with certain psychological conditions, including psychotic disorders, severe mood disorders with suicidal ideation, dissociative/depersonalization disorders, significant cognitive impairment.  

• No Healthcare Provider Relationship: Participation in our services does not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship. The instructor is not a licensed medical or mental health professional.

3. User Obligations

 

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking.  

• Inform us of any relevant health conditions that may impact your participation.  

• Use services lawfully and respectfully.  

• Be at least 18 years old (minors require parental consent).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Individual Session

Full refund: ≥48 hours before session

No refund: <48 hours

 

Group Class/Workshop

Full refund: ≥7 days before class

No refund: <7 days

 

Retreat/Multi-day Event

Full refund: ≥30 days before event

No refund: <30 days

 

• Rescheduling: Permitted with the same notice as cancellations. Emergency exceptions may be considered at our discretion.  

• Process: All cancellations/rescheduling must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 30 days.  

• No-shows: Non-refundable.

5. Payment Terms

 

• Payment is required at booking (major credit cards/electronic payments accepted).  

• All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes.  

• Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  

• Receipts are provided electronically.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

 

• Ownership of Content: All content, materials, techniques, and courses provided by Return to Om, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio recordings, and course materials, are the exclusive property of Return to Om and are protected under copyright laws.  

• Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content or materials provided by Return to Om without prior written consent.  

• Teaching Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from using the techniques, materials, or content provided during the courses to teach others or create your own courses, whether for personal or commercial purposes, without explicit written permission from Return to Om.  

• Legal Action: Any unauthorized use of our content or materials will result in legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.

7. Liability Limitations

 

• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.  

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Return to Om and its instructor are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.  

• Assumption of Risk: Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

 

• Data Collection: We collect only necessary personal information (name, contact, payment, health info you provide) for service delivery and communication.  

• Data Usage & Storage: Data is used solely for bookings and communication, secured with appropriate measures, and retained only as long as necessary.  

• No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell or rent your data. Data is shared only as needed for service delivery.  

• Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA): You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.  

• Cookies: Our website may use cookies and analytics tools; you can control these via your browser.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Berlin, Germany.
