MY APPROACH
HOW IT ALL
STARTED

You might know me as a Polish-born musicians' photographer from Berlin (now Przesieka, Poland). So how did I end up teaching meditation?

I turned to meditation after years of working on myself through various forms of therapy, only to find myself repeatedly arriving at the same point. At the time, I thought that learning more about my own patterns and trauma meant I was growing.

Yet no amount of willpower, books, or YouTube lectures could change what was happening inside me. Beneath the surface, there was a storm of unprocessed emotions, while my nervous system was stuck in survival mode: chronic anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, and exhausting, often toxic relationships.

It took many years for the hard shell I had built around myself — the one I used to protect myself from life — to begin to soften. In the beginning, sitting quietly in meditation was practically impossible for me. Practising gratitude and letting go? Forget it.

Now I understand why — and it’s something I teach others today.

MY APPROACH

At the center of my work is Primordial Sound Meditation — a Vedic practice that uses a personal mantra to guide the mind inward, beyond thought, into deep silence. I guide you through some of the basic ideas and common misconceptions around meditation, drawing on the wisdom of the ancient scriptures to bring a deeper understanding of the practice.

Throughout my own journey, I've learned that knowledge can create a moment when you feel enlightenment, but that feeling can often be an illusion — mind and body need repeated experience for change to become embodied and permanent. That's why I integrate somatic practices (rooted in Polyvagal Theory), yoga, qigong, and meditation, bringing together approaches that work with mind, body and spirit. Throughout this work, I return again and again to the importance of regular practice, discipline, and detachment — the foundations that allow real change to take root.
